SET UP FEES – £1200 plus vat

  • A full consultation from SSASCo experts to assess the best options for you and your business

  • Help with application forms

  • Registration with HMRC and ongoing communications with them

  • Registration with the Pensions Regulator and ongoing communications with them

  • Setting up of the SSAS bank account

  • Creation of the trust deed for the SSAS and the member applications

  • Provision of a reference pack so you can easily refer to your SSAS features and benefits

  • Registration with the office of the Information Commissioner

MONTHLY FEES – £50 plus vat per member

  • Completion of an annual HMRC pension scheme return

  • Completion of an annual Pensions Regulator return

  • Professional Trusteeship of your SSAS to ensure compliance with all the above

  • Monthly monitoring and management of the SSAS

  • SSAS specific technical advice helpline manned by humans

  • Proactive business advice on how to make the most of your SSAS options

  • Liaison with your business advisors should that be necessary

AD-HOC FEES

  • Transfer In of funds from another scheme – £300 plus vat per transfer

  • Property Purchase Administration – £600 plus vat per property

  • Loans – £600 plus vat

  • VAT Registration where required – £300 plus vat

  • Quarterly VAT Returns – additional £5 plus vat per month

  • Transfer Out – £250 plus vat per transfer

  • Wind-Up – £500 for final wind-up administration with HMRC and the Pensions Regulator
